ATTENTION LOCKED BUILDING CUSTOMERS:
In order for drivers to maximize their earning potential, orders need to be received promptly. A phone call followed by a text will be made when the driver has arrived at your building. Any driver left waiting may be charged.
In order to prevent fraud, please make sure your billing address is correct during checkout and matches what your financial instution has on file. We can not override this security measure. It is important that you do not keep attempting to place your order with a Billing Address mismatch. The funds will be placed into a pending status from your account each time you hit place order!

What Should I do if There is a Problem with My Food?
If there is a problem with your order you MUST CALL 478-202-9088 WITHIN 15 Minutes of it being delivered. We will contact the restaurant to determine if the problem was indeed on their end. If an order is redelivered you MUST give your delivery professional the incorrect item. If upon inspection the order was correct, eaten or not returned you will be charged for both items plus an additional delivery fee.
**We do not issue refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your food, we will be happy to help negotiate a refund from the restaurant for you. Please note that KNG cannot gaurantee a refund from the restaurant. The restaurant retains the right to refuse a refund.
Attention Eatonton/30124 customers:
*Due to the long distances involved with delivery, KNG does not offer re-delivery of any missing food items to this delivery area! If you happen to be missing an item please contact us at 478-202-9088, and we would be happy to process you a refund after verifying with the restaurant of any missing item(s)*
Can I Call in an Order?
Unfortunately, No. We only accept online and app orders. Please only call if you have questions or an issue with an existing order.
What about Campus and Hospital deliveries?
Due to parking restrictions and restricted access throughout the building the driver will call you and meet you in the lobby or the nearest location outside the building depending on where the delivery driver can park. We unfortunately can not park illegally and wander through buildings trying to find room numbers. ~~ Please have a working phone to be called or we can't deliver to you.
Due to time constraints and HIPPA laws we also can not wander aimlessly through the hospital. Please meet us in the lobby and have a working phone to be called.
What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit/debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, and KNG Gift Cards.

How Long Does it Take for Delivery?
The average delivery time varies depending on the volume of orders, time of day and size of your order. Usually, orders take between 30 minutes to 60 minutes. The meal selection plays a role in delivery time, some meals take longer to prepare than others. Please note that the estimated delivery time is simply that, an estimation. We cannot gaurantee that the food will arrive within the estimated time. See above for food issue information. *** WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS OR PARTIAL REFUNDS FOR LATE ORDERS*** Please be aware that while we do our best to estimate delivery times, sometimes the volume of orders and restaurant wait times are out of our control.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Once an order has been sent to the restaurant it cannot be cancelled. You may cancel an order that has not been sent to a restaurant by calling 478-202-9088.
Can I add items to my order once its been submitted?
Once an order has been placed with the restaurant additional items can NOT be added, you must create a separate order. You may call to make changes to an order scheduled for FUTURE delivery up to 1 hour before its due.
Can I order from multiple restaurants at one time?
Unfortunately, we no longer offer multi-restaurant ordering. You will have to place separate orders. Sorry for the inconvenience.
How is my delivery fee calculated?
The Delivery fee is has a base rate plus mileage over a certain distance. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance via Google Maps.
Why Do I See Automatic Gratuity?
***ORDERS of $100 and over SUBJECT TO AUTOMATIC MINIMUM 10% GRATUITY**** Customers who continue to order with no tip may be subject to automatic gratuity. If you choose to engage in our service, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions*
***KNG Delivery will NOT accept coupons or special offers from restaurants. All coupons from restaurants are for dine-in only and do not apply to delivery. Only KNG coupons and gift cards will be accepted.
*KNG Delivery stops accepting orders 30 minutes prior to the kitchen closing. Ordering times are located in each restaurant's menu.
